Welcome to the PK Performance section for Love and Relationships!

Here you will find multiple strategies, hints and tips to help you with a variety of love and relationship issues from learning to date with confidence to how to develop and maintain healthy, loving relationships.

Any person will tell you: The single most attractive thing that anyone can possess is confidence.

Below are a few things that you can start doing right now to shoot your confidence with those your attracted to through the roof, and become that charming, charismatic person that all potential partners are looking for.

Remind yourself that you're a catch
If you have a problem with confidence, there's a good chance that you're just not giving yourself enough credit. Get out a piece of paper and list all the reasons why you're a "great catch." Are you funny? Are you loyal? Ethical? Write down what your date would like about you, and remind yourself of just how much of a catch you really are.

Make a list, and make it long. Remember: A man or woman is more turned on by you are and how you communicate than how you look or how much money you earn. Write down what your date would like about you, and remind yourself of just how much of a catch you really are.

Look beyond their looks
We have a tendency to put far too much emphasis on the way a person looks. Remind yourself that there is a very good chance they’re not the perfect 10 that they appear to be. You'll put yourself at ease and come across as the confident, relaxed person that they’re looking for.

Focus on having fun
Instead of being uptight and concerned with your goal, relax and have fun. Be playful. A conversation isn't like a final exam that you have to "pass." The more laid-back and care-free you are, the more confident you will naturally become, and the more attraction your date will feel for you.

Conquer your fears
When you feel fear building up, let it be a sign for you to do something about it. Make fear your signal to act. By continually doing what you fear, you'll not only get over the things that are holding you back, you'll gain pride from conquering your challenges. Every time you win one of these little "battles," you'll get an instant boost to your self-esteem. And trust me: People will notice.

Do the right thing
It's hard to be confident in yourself if you don't respect yourself, and self-respect comes from establishing a reputation as a good human being by doing the right thing. So even if you must go out of your way, always do what's ethical. Choosing the high moral ground will give you a feeling of self-respect that translates into inner strength and confidence.

Improve your image
Improving your body language, fashion and grooming is the simplest and quickest way to improve your confidence. When you feel like you're "looking good," you send out a positive, sexy vibe that all people pick up on. You'll be amazed what improving your image will do for your confidence.
